RefAndEarn's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Why we request read-only contacts: We request contacts.readonly access strictly to automate your referral campaigns. RefAndEarn reads your contact list solely to verify which users have successfully saved your Brand phone number with the required referral tracking code. We do not write, modify, or delete your contacts. We do not sell, share, or use your contact list for any marketing purposes outside of this specific verification process.

We collect information directly from you when you use our platform:

Brands: Email address (via Google OAuth) and read-only access to Google Contacts for verification purposes.
Participants: Email address and withdrawal details (Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number) solely for processing payouts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to operate the RefAndEarn platform:

To verify referral tracking tags within brand contact lists using automated matching.
To authenticate participants and provide secure login codes.
To calculate rewards and process financial payouts.
To provide customer support and maintain platform security.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only when strictly necessary, such as with financial institutions to process participant payouts. We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access.

4. Data Retention

We do not retain any tracking information from the users and participants. Data is processed solely during active campaign cycles. Tracking markers are dynamically verified and immediately purged or anonymized when a cycle completes or terminates, ensuring complete data privacy. Brands can revoke Google OAuth access at any time from their Google Account settings, which instantly ceases our ability to sync contacts.
