1. Program Overview

RefandEarn is a referral-based platform that rewards participants for introducing active WhatsApp users to selected third-party brands (“clients”).

Participants are required to refer real, active WhatsApp users who must save the client’s official WhatsApp contact. Basic information about each client will be provided to help participants clearly understand the brand they are referring others to.

A referral will be considered valid once the referred user has successfully saved the client’s contact. Only referrals that meet this requirement will be counted toward the participant’s total.

2. Referral Reward Structure

Participants are required to select a preferred program (10-Day or 30-Day) at the point of registration. Once a program has been selected, it cannot be changed during the active participation period.

Participants are expected to complete the selected program within its defined duration. After completing a program cycle (10 days or 30 days), the participant’s profile resets, allowing them to select a new program for the next cycle.

2.1 10-Day Program

  • Participants who refer a minimum of 100 active and verified WhatsApp users within 10 days will receive a total reward of ₦20,000.
  • Referrals must reach 100 within the 10-day period to qualify.
  • If the total number of verified referrals is less than 100 at the end of the 10-day period, the target will be considered incomplete and no payment will apply under this plan.
  • This program requires full completion to qualify for rewards.

2.2 30-Day Program

Participants who refer 500 active and verified WhatsApp users within 30 days will receive a total reward of ₦120,000.

If a participant does not reach 500 referrals within 30 days:

  • Payments will be calculated at ₦20,000 for every completed set of 100 verified referrals.
  • Only full blocks of 100 referrals will be counted.
  • Incomplete sets (e.g., 1–99 referrals) will not be included in the final calculation.
Example: If a participant refers 495 users within 30 days, only 400 referrals will be counted, and payment will be made for 4 completed blocks (₦80,000).

3. Verification & Transparency

All referred contacts must be authentic, active, and verifiable WhatsApp users. Each referred contact must save the official WhatsApp number of RefandEarn’s client.

For transparency, participants will have access to a real-time automated dashboard showing their verified referral count, progress, and countdown timer. RefandEarn uses automated systems alongside human review to identify and filter out fake, inactive, or bot-generated contacts, ensuring that all results are fair and accurate.

4. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified if they use bots, submit fake or duplicate contacts, or violate any of the program terms. In such cases, the affected referrals may be removed from the count, and eligibility for rewards may be withdrawn where necessary.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed within 24–48 hours after successful verification of referred contacts and completion of the selected program requirements. Payments will be made to the participant’s designated account.

All verification outcomes and reward decisions are carefully determined using both automated systems and human review to ensure fairness and accuracy. Once verification is completed, results are considered final.

6. Clarifications & Support

RefandEarn is committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all participants. If you notice any inconsistencies or delays in your real-time referral counts during your active participation period (10 days or 30 days), you may contact the support team through the official communication channels provided by RefandEarn. All concerns will be reviewed and addressed where necessary.

7. Data Privacy

All contact information collected will be used strictly for communication, verification, and brand growth on behalf of RefandEarn’s clients. RefandEarn and its authorized partners will handle participant data responsibly and will not sell or misuse information beyond the stated purpose.

8. Fraud & Misconduct

Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the system may result in disqualification from the program and removal of affected referrals where necessary.

9. Agreement & Acceptance

By participating in this program, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Participation also indicates consent to the verification processes required to maintain the integrity of the program.
